1) Your Question : What credit cards do you accept?
Answer : Our online reservations system currently supports
payment via Visa Credit Card, American Express and MasterCard only. We do not
accept any payment via other credit cards, debit cards and/or
charge cards.
2) Your Question : What is my Credit
Card CVC number?
Answer : Credit card CVC number is required by our
merchant bank, as a security measure to ensure that the credit
card information provided is not abused by unauthorized party.
Your credit card CVC number is the last three digits on the
signature panel of your credit card.
3) Your Question : Can I use more
than one credit card to purchase my reservation?
Answer : Our online reservations system currently supports
payment with one credit card only. If you have multiple travelers
who wish to book the same itinerary and pay with different
credit cards, individual reservations will have to be made.
4) Your Question : If my reservation
requires prepayment, when will my credit card be charged and
how do I pay?
Answer : Our online reservations system currently supports
payment via Visa Credit Card american Express and MasterCard only. hotdealhotels.com
is a REAL-TIME reservation system which means that our merchant
bank will confirm your payment within 60 to 120 seconds after
you have submitted your credit card details.
5) Your Question : Why do I have to submit
my credit card details when the reservation I require is a
post-paid reservation (reservations whereby payment is made
at the hotel)?
Answer : Although the payment for these reservations is
to be made at the hotel, your credit card details will still
be required as a guarantee in order to secure your reservation.
Your credit card will not be debited upon reservation (subjected
to the individual hotel's terms and conditions). This is just
a general rule and it is advisable for you to carefully read
all text associated with any reservation.

6) Your Question : I have keyed-in
the correct credit card details but it is not accepted. Why?
Answer :There are a few possibilities.
The type of card provided is not acceptable - Our online reservations
system currently supports payment via Visa Credit Card and
MasterCard only. We do not accept any payment via other credit
cards, debit cards or charge cards.
Unauthorized transaction - This may not be due to insufficient
funds but some credit cards do have certain restriction or
limitation pertaining to purchases made via the Internet.
Kindly contact your credit card issuing bank directly for
further clarification.
The credit card CVC number provided is incorrect - This is
part of our security feature to ensure that the credit card
information provided is not abused by unauthorized party.
Credit card CVC number is the last three digits on the signature
panel of your credit card.
Our payment gateway is unavailable or is experiencing a heavy
traffic - There may be a possibility that your reservation
is completed but did not reflected on your screen due to system
error. To verify this, please re-launch your browser and sign
in to your hotdealhotels.com's membership account. You will
be able to view the transaction in your account if the reservation
is successful. If it is not there, it is advisable for you
to return to our reservations system later to place the booking
again. Should the same problem reoccurs, please e-mail us
at packages@hotdealhotels.com and let us know how you encounter
the problem.

7) Your Question : Can I pay by cash
online?
Answer : Yes. We only accept payment by Visa American Express and MasterCard only. The applicable cards will be presented for your selection at the payment screen after you selected the flight schedules.
