1) Your Question : Who will pick me at airport?
Answer : Our local / Hotel representative agent will meet you at airport arrival hall, will show a signboard with your name, Hotel Name where you have booked your room thru hotdealhotels.com or local representative office, exception will inform your in the tour voucher.

2) Your Question : I cant find the local guide, what should I do?
Answer : Please contact our local representative agent directly, if you cannot reach them, please do contact the hotels as address is mentioned on the voucher

3) Your Question : What is my airport pick up time?
Answer : Airport pick up is based on the flight details provided upon reservation. Maximum waiting time is an hour after the flight landed. Therefore is advisable to inform our local representative if your flight re-timing to avoid any missed pick up.

4) Your Question : My package inclusive of departure transfer, what time to meet?
Answer : Usually the pick up time is four hours before your flight time, however the local guide will reconfirm with you the exact time.

5) Your Question : My package inclusive city tour, what is my pick up time?
Answer : Upon your arrival, the local tour guide will liaise with you the pick up time for the tour arrangement.

6) Your Question : My flight arrival very late at night, is the transportation still provided?
Answer : For those package based on shuttle service, if your arrival time is beyond the shuttle schedule, transportation will not included. However for seat in coach arrangement, our local representative office will try to arrange with additional charges, depending on seasons.
