Hotdeal Hotels has offers/representations/information all of which is posted by the Service Providers/Hotdeal Hotels Licensees independently who are third parties and any transaction entered into by you based on any offer made on the Hotdeal Hotels is exclusively with such Service Provider / Hotdeal Hotels Licensee and Hotdeal Hotels is not privy to any such contract.
